I wanted you to know just how pleased I am with the products… however, the thing that most impressed me was your people. your sales rep was outstanding and patient as we worked through the design and order stage. Your sales rep is a quality person who is a real asset to RMSB. Further, your construction crews are full of quality, decent people. The way the related with my wife and me during the construction days was wonderful, and the outstanding work ethic they displayed is a credit to each of them individually and to RMSB.
